Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Storyboard Room, provided by NuFrnd AI Limited (“we”). By using the service you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Your content

You own the scripts, references and other material you upload, and, as between you and us, the images and videos generated for you. You give us the licence needed to store, process and display that content to provide the service. You must have the rights to anything you upload.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, to depict real people without their consent, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. Generated output is produced by AI models and may be inaccurate; review it before relying on it.

Plans, credits and billing

Paid plans renew monthly and grant credits that are spent on generation. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period. Credits have no cash value. Except where the law requires, payments are non-refundable; credits for a generation that fails are returned automatically.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
